How do I get to the festival hotel?
Our official venue is Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı. Visit the Transportation page for the verified hotel address, map, airport travel options and transfer booking instructions. Travel times vary with traffic; please check the route for your chosen airport.
Are airport transfers available?
Airport transfers are not included in the Full Pass or standard hotel booking. To request a transfer, follow the booking instructions on the Transportation page and provide your airport, flight details, date and time, number of passengers and luggage requirements. A transfer is not confirmed until the price and booking have been confirmed in writing.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Please check your booking confirmation for room check-in and check-out times. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance; availability and any additional charges will be confirmed by the hotel.
Will there be an Istanbul sightseeing tour?
Any optional Istanbul sightseeing experience will be announced separately if organised. It is not included in the Full Pass or hotel package, and no tour booking is confirmed until the itinerary, price and booking process have been published.
What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable dancewear, suitable dance shoes, spare clothing and your personal essentials. Keep your ticket confirmation, hotel booking details and identification document handy for festival registration and hotel check-in.
